Sound Bath for Wellbeing sessions

Join us for a morning session of sound bath healing. The unique sound of quartz crystal singing bowls will lead this meditative and healing experience. The powerful yet gentle sounds bypass the logic circuits of the left brain and connect directly with right brain's creativity and imagination. This enables the busy chatter of our thoughts to disappear, allowing you to focus on your physical, emotional and mental healing/wellbeing.

The crystal singing bowls will be joined by Tibetan singing bowls, bells and tingshaws, the shimmering sound of a gong and various percussion instruments, creating a unique relaxation experience that leaves you stronger, more confident and more able to face and overcome challenges that life holds.
