Crosskennan is Home to over 150 different animals at any one time. For many of these animals Crosskennan is their permanent home - with many having either behavioural or physical health issues that make them unsuitable for rehoming. They will live out their days at the sanctuary surrounded by their friends and family; supported by the generosity of the general public who make the sanctuary possible.

You'll meet our senior team, discover different sanctuary areas, and get hands-on with activities. Participation is open to individuals over 16 years old. Remember to wear appropriate footwear and clothing. Horse experience isn't required, just the eagerness to learn.
